Information The RFID Tag applicator automatically dispenses and applies self-adhesive RFID Tags from a roll. The basic machine is a simple touch (wipe) applicator which can be synchronized to the production line speed to ensure optimum performance. The machine configuration can be changed by the addition of optional modules. A tamp applicator which uses a pneumatically driven tamp pad to apply the labels to the product. The RFID Tag applicator consists of a web drive which is controlled and monitored by an electronic control processor mounted in a housing at the rear of the chassis. The machine is operated using a control panel mounted on an adjustable bracket The operating software controls and monitors the machine operation, responding to operator inputs from the control panel and to signals from external sensors. Access to machine operating parameters can be inhibited by password control. Standard Features
